If you select one or both of the optional SMS consent checkboxes, we additionally record the exact consent wording shown to you, the consent category, a timestamp of your affirmation, and the page from which consent was given.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not publish or disclose our federal tax identification details.

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and to provide the recruiting coordination, candidate communication, scheduling, application support, and HR consulting services you request. Where you have opted in, we use your mobile number to send the categories of text messages you separately consented to.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When an employer engages our services, we may receive role descriptions, hiring timelines, panel availability, and applicant correspondence necessary to coordinate a search. When a candidate contacts us, we may receive application details, resume or document content, scheduling availability, and the questions you raise during a process.

Employer and candidate information is used only to deliver the support requested and to maintain a record of communications. We do not share candidate information with other employers, and we do not share one employer’s hiring activity with another.

We work with a limited set of service providers that help us operate the website and deliver our services, including hosting, database, and text messaging platform providers. These providers act on our behalf, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and may only use personal information to provide the services we have engaged them for.

Text messaging aggregators and providers of the text messaging services receive the mobile number and message content necessary to deliver messages you have opted in to. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes beyond what is required to deliver the program.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver the services described on this site.

Consent and inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to provide our services and to evidence compliance with applicable messaging regulations, after which they are deleted or de-identified in line with our retention schedule.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may opt out of email by contacting us.

Because customer-care and marketing consent are stored separately, withdrawing one does not withdraw the other. To withdraw all SMS consent, reply STOP or contact us using the details below and we will update your preferences.

Our website and services are directed to employers and candidates who are at least eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Our SMS program is a mixed campaign with two distinct consent categories. Customer-care and notification messages (responses to inquiries, interview scheduling, appointment reminders, and application or service status updates) and marketing and promotional messages (HR webinar invitations, recruiting service announcements, promotional offers, and company updates) each require separate, affirmative consent.

Each consent selection is recorded separately with the exact wording presented, the consent category, and the date and time of submission. We do not automatically send marketing messages to users who selected only customer-care consent. Marketing messages are sent only to users who separately consent to marketing SMS.
